The Chamber & Development Council of Crawford County conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony at CCHappyCats in Denison on Friday, April 7. The shelter is located at 720 Broadway, and the building has been totally renovated. One way that people can donate to the shelter is to place their redeemable cans and bottles in the bins located in the front of the building.
