The killing of 37-year-old Renee Good on Wednesday set off a clash between federal and state officials over whether the shooting appeared justified.
The incident took place a day after an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer shot and killed a woman in Minneapolis.
A day after a federal immigration officer fatally shot a woman in Minneapolis, the case escalated sharply when federal authorities declared that Minnesota had no jurisdiction to investigate the killing.
Federal agents rammed the door of one home Sunday in the Twin Cities area and flooded inside before leading a man away in handcuffs.
