IOWA CITY — The Iowa football program has a rule. The Hawkeyes get 24 hours to toast a win or dwell on a loss. After that, win or lose, it’s back to business in Iowa City.
Ten players have joined his program from the transfer portal this offseason, but Iowa football coach Kirk Ferentz said the combination of the portal and NIL has created a "mess" for college programs.
