IOWA CITY — Iowa and Iowa State face off in the 73rd meeting of the two programs on Saturday in Iowa City.

The No. 21 Hawkeyes enter fresh off a 40-0 win over Northern Illinois while the Cyclones will look to build off of a 38-10 win over Southeast Missouri in game two of the Jimmy Rogers era.

Hank Brown to start at QB for Iowa (again)
While no starter was named on the depth chart, Hank Brown will start for the second consecutive game. The former Auburn transfer went 12-of-20 for 129 yards and one touchdown in last week's win.
Wake Forest transfer Jeremy Hecklinski will also see snaps for the Hawkeyes as the quarterback battle remained undecided entering the week.

Brown connected on passes for 12 yards to Reece Vander Zee on the first play and 56 yards to Tony Diaz on the second play to get into goal-to-go.
Brown finished off the drive on third-and-goal from the one-yard line with a QB power to the left.

Caden Buhr connected on his first field goal of the game to tie things up just before halftime.
The 45-yarder capped off a 10-play, 46-yard drive which burned three minutes and 29 seconds off the clock.
Konrardy puts Iowa State back in front to start second half

The Cyclones struck first in the second half with a 51-yard Konrardy field goal.
The field goal came at the end of an eight-play, 41-yard drive. Iowa State drove down as far as the Iowa 19-yard line, but two penalties cost the Cyclones 19 yards and forced them to settle for a field goal.
Caden Buhr, Iowa tie game late

Iowa scored its first points of the second half with just over six minutes remaining. Buhr nailed a 32-yard field goal to tie the game at 13-13 after an 11-play, 43-yard drive.
